Jay Shah ensured Pratika Rawal got her World Cup medal
India opener Pratika Rawal, who scored 308 runs in Women's World Cup 2025 before being replaced by Shafali Verma due to injury, will receive her winners' medal following ICC Chairman Jay Shah's intervention.
Rawal initially missed out on getting the medal due to ICC rules. She wore a support staff member's medal during the team's meeting with PM Narendra Modi.
