Owner of Gurugram's 32nd Avenue arrested for ₹500-cr fraud, sold single property to 25 people : Reports
Gurugram Police has arrested Dhruv Dutt Sharma, owner of 32nd Avenue, for allegedly selling a floor unit to over 25 people. Sharma, a resident of DLF Camellias in Gurugram, allegedly defrauded people of approximately ₹500 crore, reported PTI.
Over the past month, investors have been protesting at the commercial hub over alleged delays in payment of promised rentals and dues.
