SC Issues Notice to Shami in Domestic Violence Case, Wife Seeks Transfer of All Proceedings to Delhi
The Supreme Court issued a notice to cricketer Mohammed Shami in connection with a domestic violence case filed by his estranged wife Hasin Jahan.
She has sought transfer of the case from West Bengal to Delhi, citing her daughter's education and family support.
The court also heard a plea seeking higher monthly maintenance for her and their daughter.
