Siliguri Police Commissionerate Organises Puja Parikrama Under Community Policing Programme

As part of its Community Policing Programme, the Siliguri Police Commissionerate today initiated a special Puja Parikrama to spread the joy of Durga Puja among differently-abled and underprivileged children, senior citizens, and other vulnerable individuals.

Approximately 150 participants, including police personnel and members of three NGOs, took part in the initiative. The participating organisations were Siliguri Dream Welfare Society, Eastern Bypass; Siliguri Moner Rangoli Smiling Society, Gondar More; and Prerna Home, under Bhaktinagar Police Station.

Through this programme, the Siliguri Police Commissionerate seeks to promote inclusivity, compassion, and stronger bonds between the police and the community. The Siliguri Police Commissionerate remains committed to serving the community with care, compassion, and dedication.
