The Ministry of External Affairs has responded after Lalit Modi shared a video with Vijay Mallya on social media and said, "We're the biggest fugitives of India." "We will bring all fugitives back to India. Talks with multiple nations are going on regarding this. There are several layers of legality involved in this, MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said.
