JAIPUR SCHOOL TRAGEDY: CCTV FOOTAGE REIGNITES DEMAND FOR JUSTICE
[Please share to everyone, parents, schools]
Eight months after a 9-year-old Class 4 student died at Jaipur's Neerja Modi School, newly released CCTV footage shared by her family has reignited nationwide outrage.

The footage from November 1, 2025 shows the child entering her classroom normally, greeting a friend and joining a dance activity — before her behaviour visibly changed after a group of classmates repeatedly approached her. Her family says she went to her teacher for help multiple times, but was brushed aside each time. Moments later, she left the classroom alone. No staff member stopped or followed her.

Her parents allege she had endured relentless bullying for over 18 months, and that repeated complaints were dismissed by the school, with the family told she "needed to adjust."
The case has now become a flashpoint over school accountability:
An education department inquiry cited "classroom teacher negligence" and "extreme mental pressure on the student." A CBSE inspection reportedly flagged underqualified teachers, structural safety flaws and no psychological support systems. The family has rejected the police chargesheet as "incomplete," alleging the school principal and founder were shielded, and is demanding charges under Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act. Parents' bodies across Rajasthan are now demanding mandatory anti-bullying protocols and qualified child psychologists in every school.
A child asked for help. No one listened. Her family is still fighting to be heard.
