Meet the largest crocodiles to ever exist since the times of dinosaurs
Scientists have recorded a colossal Nile crocodile measuring about 20 feet, making it the largest ever documented. 'Gustave', is known for evading capture for decades despite scientists building a 32-foot custom trap.
Researchers say it exceeds previously verified Nile crocodiles by several feet, adding that its health, agility and survival skills at such an enormous size defied expectations.
