Noel Sharma Arrested for Misuse of Government Logo and RTI Distortion

Noel Sharma, linked with the Gorkha Seva Sena, has been arrested by Sikkim Police based on an FIR lodged by the Home Department, Government of Sikkim.

He is accused of using the official state logo without authorization and distorting the content of an RTI reply, actions that authorities say were aimed at creating confusion and disrupting harmony in the state.

Further investigation is underway.
