Trump Warns Iran of Massive Military Response Over Any Assassination Plot
Washington, July 11: US President Donald Trump on Saturday issued a stern warning to Iran, claiming that "1,000 missiles are locked and loaded" and ready to strike the Islamic Republic if Tehran attempts any plot to assassinate him.
The dramatic statement signals a sharp escalation in rhetoric, coming just weeks after a June 17 ceasefire helped ease regional tensions following a direct military confrontation involving Iran, Israel, and the United States.
Further details are awaited.
